Senior Behaviour Support Practitioner | Children, Young Adults & SIL Expert, Consistent Clinical Support Social Skills Connect is a specialist solo practice led by a Senior Practitioner. Unlike larger agencies, I provide complete clinical consistency—you work directly with me from the first assessment to the final plan. Based in Highett, I am a mobile practitioner serving the Bayside and Peninsula regions. Clinical Oversight & Best Practice My practice is conducted under the professional supervision of Pandon Consultants.
This ensures all Behavior Support Plans (BSP) and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) meet the highest NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission standards. Specialist Skills & Lifespan Support I provide a seamless pathway of support for participants at every life stage: Children & Youth: Specialist in neuro-affirming practices, school transitions, and social-emotional development. Adults & SIL Environments: Extensive experience managing complex, high-intensity behaviors in Supported Independent Living (SIL).
I work "on the ground" with staff to reduce restrictive practices and improve resident independence. My Approach: DIR/Floortime I use the DIR/Floortime model to address the root causes of behavior. By focusing on emotional regulation and building genuine trust, I help participants find effective ways to communicate their needs and connect with their world. Mobile Service Areas & Capacity I am currently accepting new participants (Children through to Adults) in: Bayside: Brighton, Hampton, Sandringham, Black Rock, and Highett.
Peninsula: Seaford, Frankston, and surrounding suburbs. The Collaborative Difference I pride myself on being a responsive partner for Support Coordinators. I ensure all NDIS reporting is clinically robust, submitted on time, and translated into practical steps that families and SIL teams can implement with confidence.
