Supported independent living with 24/7 assistance in shared or individual homes, plus specialist disability accommodation, medium term accommodation and individualised living options.

One-to-one community access support for appointments and activities, and in-home assistance with personal care, daily living tasks and skill development.

Nurse-led high intensity daily personal activities in the home, including enteral feeding, ventilator support, catheter and tracheostomy care, injections and complex wound care.

Short term accommodation for stays of up to 14 days at a time, offered as one-to-one respite or group respite focused on social connection and community participation.

Supported employment placements in hospitality, coffee service, retail and administration, with training and on-the-job support; programs operate on the Sunshine Coast.

Support coordination to help participants understand and use their NDIS plan, connect with services and build skills for everyday independence.
