Sabah Moon Care is led by Mohammad, a former support worker turned director who brings field experience, cultural understanding, and genuine empathy to every participant we serve. Mohammad didn't start an NDIS company to make money. He started it because he saw what was broken and knew exactly how to fix it. Our Vision is to make NDIS support easier to access for underserved participants, turning funding into confidence, connection, and real progress.
