Riverlands Nursing Service was established in 2002. We have been providing experienced and dedicated brokerage staff to the disability sector for 21 years. In 2015 we changed our name from Riverlands Nursing Services to Riverlands Disability Support to better reflect who we are. During the past 21 years we have provided services to nursing homes, Individual clients and residential disability support service providers. In 2016 we attained our 3rd party verification and are now registered to provide supports under the NDIS.
We offer services to most of Sydney, the outer west and the Blue Mountains. Our mission To provide a professional, caring and friendly service which supports, enables and encourages our service users to meet their needs efficiently, while honouring our client’s individuality, rights, privacy, dignity, values and potential at all times. Our Vision To work towards providing a sustainable, effective service to meet the individual needs of a wide range of clients.

To uphold WH&S principles by ensuring a safe work environment for staff and clients by providing on-going training to all staff and implementing risk management procedures in the workplace. Our staff are professional, friendly and caring people and have gone through stringent security and reference checks and are passionate about their work supporting the dreams and goals of people with disabilities Riverlands Disability Support abides by the conditions in the Privacy & Personal Information Protection Act 1998 (No 133) and the Health Records and Information Privacy Act 2002 (No 71).
