My partner and I stayed here and found the place to be peaceful, serene, kid friendly, and also very sociable, with a number of families nearby. The entire booking process is efficient; from the time we booked till we got there, they were updating us with all relevant info. This isn't the first time we've used it and we'll definitely be back. Highly recommend it for people with disability as premises have been adapted for people with limited mobility.

I’ve had a holiday there with my family. They’re a very welcoming couple, my kids love it. I couldn’t speak more highly of it! My kids were able to help with milking the cows, it was great.

Response from Ripples n Tonic Farm

Hi James, Firstly thank you for taking the time to write a review for us - we really appreciate the time you have taken to do so. You were lucky to have helped milk the cow as Ripples now is not feeding her young baby any longer :( The young one is now just eating grass form the paddocks. We are so glad you enjoyed the experience. We hope to see you back here at the Farmstay on day in the future. Thanks again for the comments, Michael and Dianne

I recently stayed at Ripples and Tonic's beach house on Phillip Island. It is accessible and supplies a hoist, hi low bed, and commode. It's wonderful to not have to travel with all your own equipment.

Response from Ripples n Tonic Farm

Hi there, Much thanks for taking the time to write a review. It is great for us to know and hear that it makes life slightly easier if the equipment is all there ready for you. Means packing and unpacking is much less of a hassle. We look forward to seeing you again soon :) Thanks again for the comments, Dianne and Michael

The house was very wheelchair friendly. Main bathroom worked well except the floor tiles are very slippery when wet. Shower chairs, non slip mats and mats provided. Disability products supplied – beach wheelchair – easy to use, 3x shower chairs (it can be used above en suite toilet). Kitchen fully stacked with utensil, cookery pans. Assortment of available entertainment. Ease of entry access.

Response from Ripples n Tonic Farm

Hi there, Thank you for your review. We really appreciate it :) Sorry to hear that you may have slipped on the wet floor. This is no good. We will place more non slip mats out for future. Happy however that you enjoyed the house overall and hope you had a fabulous stay. Thanks again for the comments, Dianne and Michael

Fantastic, brilliant accommodation, the accessibility. It was so easy to find. Was clean. They had everything that you'd need. The hoist and bed were great - lovely rain water shower-head. It felt just like bring in a beautiful home not a "special accommodation". Beautiful for the whole family. We'll be back!

Response from Ripples n Tonic Farm

Hi there, So glad you had a great stay. We love the outdoor shower also. It's lovey looking at the trees, stars etc.. while showering or rinsing off after the beach. Thank you for your comments. Much appreciated.

Our family stayed at the Ripples n Tonic 'Alvina Farm Stay'. It was a fantastic and relaxing experience. Our boys really enjoyed feeding the animals and we saw how confident they were with them in the lovely environment that has been created here. We loved being able to go and visit and feed the animals at any time and they were so friendly. The house we stayed in was great - all the comforts of home. Being on the farm you could get farm fresh eggs. Recommend you try these. We brought gum boots which for being on a farm were ideal at this time of year - be prepared - as you will be walking around the paddocks to see all the animals ranging from cows, goats, pigs, sheep, alpacas, peacocks, a turkey and a pony. The chickens are free ranging and are only too happy to come inside, so look out. The place is so much fun. Our hosts were so welcoming and made the boys really part of the farm with the feeding, explaining all that went on and would help out with even the smallest thing. Nothing was too much trouble. Our boys also enjoyed the trampoline and swings to help burn off their energy. There was a great outdoor entertaining area with a table tennis table, television, bbq, oven, etc which we used. We had a fire in the fire pit and toasted marshmallows. As if that wasn't enough there is a spa which allowed for a relaxing evening after the farm and visiting attractions on Phillip Island during the afternoon. It was a wonderful family holiday that had only one fault - it had to end!
