RippleAbility is a female-led, for-purpose disability navigation and support organisation founded by Monique Power and Claire Falloux, drawing on lived experience of raising a child with a rare and complex disability. It works with families of children aged 0-18, helping them understand the NDIS and build supports around their child. Services include support coordination at Level 1 and Level 2, a Paediatric Intensive Navigation Support program covering NDIS planning, school advocacy and early intervention access, telehealth psychology for parents and carers through RippleClinic, and a respite pilot in Western Australia combining carer coaching, allied health, childcare and on-site nursing.
Support Coordination
Support coordination for children and adolescents at Level 1 (Support Connection) and Level 2 (Coordination of Supports). Coordinators help families understand the NDIS, build support networks, prepare for plan reviews and report progress to the NDIS.
