Our services include: Assistance with Daily Living Every person living with a disability has unique needs that call for unique services. Our skilled support staff can help our clients live as independently as possible at home and in the community by helping with daily tasks including showering, dressing, eating, and getting around. Domestic Assistance Supporting our clients to buy groceries, meals preparation, and do basic household cleaning and laundry.
Nursing and Complex care Our nurses and support staff have received extensive training in wound dressing, medication administration, diabetic management, peg feeding, bowel care, and urinary catheter care. 24-Hours Home Care Support We can provide home care assistance around-the-clock. Our support workers are available for mornings, afternoons, evenings, active nights, and sleepover shifts. Life Skills Training Our support workers will assist you to learn life skills such as cooking, and exercising.
Travel & Transport Assisting our clients to and from appointments and other activities. After Hospital Care Our well-trained nurses and support workers will provide customised after-hospital care for our clients as per their care needs. Community Participation Our support workers can drive our clients to and from activities, meeting friends, shopping, and other community participations.
