We support people living with physical, neurological, intellectual and psychosocial disability to improve safety, independence and participation in everyday life. Our Occupational Therapy services include, but are not limited to: • Functional Capacity Assessments and NDIS reports • Minor and Complex Assistive Technology assessment and recommendations • Minor and Complex Home modification assessments and reports • Mental health and Sensory assessment and support • Perinatal support • Neuro and Cognitive assessment and support • Daily Living Skills training; Self-Care and Domestic • Falls prevention, mobility and transfers support • Positioning and Pressure Care We are a small, clinician-led service and take a practical and individualised approach.
We work closely with participants, families, Support Coordinators and other members of the support team to understand the participant's day-to-day needs and provide recommendations that are realistic, evidence-informed and relevant to their own environment. Mobile Occupational Therapy appointments are available across Sydney.
