Active night support is for those who need intermittent or continuous staff assistance throughout the night. Sleepover support is for those who might need support at any point during the night Psychosocial recovery coaching 🏋🏻♀️ - our team of qualified recovery coaches to provide support for individuals with mental health conditions and psychological disabilities. Our coaches combine the principles of recovery-oriented practices to help you take more control of your life Supported Independent Living (SIL) 🏡 - our team will work with you to develop SIL supports that are completely tailored to your needs, including one-on-one support and overnight support Rapid hospital discharge 🏥 - assist you prepare for the hospital discharge process to transition into new or temporary accommodation funded by the NDIS while providing appropriate supports and services to meet your needs Support Coordination 📝- our support coordinators have a wide network of connections with allied health professionals and other support providers.
They will help you understand your plan, explain your options, and help you make the best use of your NDIS funding Community access 🚗 - with our caring staff by your side, we can help you go out and about to participate in recreational activities or sports with family and friends.
