Project Make Lemonade is an NDIS registered provider offering community access, transport, daily life assistance, short term accommodation and respite, supported independent living, support coordination and psychosocial recovery coaching. Support is delivered in participants' own homes and out in the community, with workers helping with personal care, cooking, cleaning, shopping and everyday appointments. The organisation is based in Tweed Heads South in northern New South Wales and serves the Tweed Heads, Ballina and Gold Coast communities.
Services are designed for people of any age, disability type, background or communication style, and support is planned around each participant's own goals and pace.
