Project Home Unity is a grassroots social support service for LGBTQI+ people living with disabilities and their families. Our mission is to fill the gap of accessible and affirming care for our rainbow community. All our profits go towards the formation of community building projects, because we are passionate about cultivating a supportive social network for our participants. We offer comprehensive, holistic support that is trauma-informed and focuses on helping you live a fulfilling life, whatever that means for you!
Our services are available to NDIS participants, private clients, and through referral from other social services.
