Positive Care and Supports (PC&S) is a registered NDIS provider dedicated to communication and excellence. With over 20 years of experience in the disability sector, PC&S collaborates with NDIS participants and their teams to achieve their goals and enhance their quality of life. Services: Support Coordination: Assisting participants in navigating their NDIS plans, linking them to necessary services, and ensuring comprehensive and adequately funded plans.
Positive Behaviour Support: Utilizing applied behaviour analysis to understand and modify challenging behaviours, implementing strategies to improve quality of life and community access. Direct Support - Daily Care : Providing qualified and experienced Disability Support Workers to deliver services at home, programs, or schools, including activities of daily living and independent skills development. Community Access: Supporting participants in engaging with the community through various means of transportation, ensuring they feel supported in their activities.
Supported Independent Living: Offering assistance or supervision with daily tasks to help participants live as independently as possible, tailored for those with higher support needs requiring continuous assistance. Short Term Accommodation (Respite): Providing opportunities for participants and their carers to have a break and a change of environment, with awareness of legislative changes since October 2024. PC&S operates in New South Wales and Victoria, with support workers trained in various support needs, ready to assist participants in achieving their goals.
