Plan Purpose is an NDIS registered plan management provider based in Nunawading, Victoria, that takes care of the financial side of a participant's NDIS plan. It pays support invoices, lodges claims, keeps budget records and checks provider charges against the NDIS price cap. Invoices can arrive by email, through its online gateway or by post, and standing authorisations can be arranged for chosen providers. Every participant is assigned their own plan manager, and the team includes accountants alongside support coordinators and specialist support coordinators with backgrounds in social work, community services, childhood education and youth support.
Support is offered nationwide, by phone, video or in person, and the provider also answers NDIS questions from service providers.
