The team pays service provider invoices, usually within a seven-day turnaround, lodges claims in the NDIS portal and maintains a budget that participants can follow in the Plan Me app. Qualified accountants explain how plan funds are allocated and how to get the most from the budget, and the service prepares service agreements for providers and supplies financial reporting. Participants may use registered or non-registered providers, and there is no cost to the participant.
