I’m an independent Support Coordinator based in Melbourne’s northern suburbs. I have immediate capacity for Level 1 and 2 Support Coordination. I can provide services face-to-face/via telehealth depending on the location. I have six years experience in the NDIS space and am very familiar with the NDIS’ rules and processes. I’ll work with you to help you understand your plan, implement it, overcome any hurdles along the way and prepare for reviews.
I’ll also work with you to build your capacity to navigate the NDIS and manage your supports independently. Prior to working in the NDIS space, I was a support worker for over eleven years. I have worked with people with a wide range of disabilities. I have a person-centred approach and I believe strongly in the principle of choice and control. I currently work with plan-managed and self-managed Support Coordination budgets. I am intending for this to change in the near future.
I have a current Working With Children’s check and a current NDIS Worker Screening Check. I am fully insured. I’m happy to work with any number of SC hours in the budget, and will work with you to develop a plan to use these hours efficiently.
