• Support Coordination & Psychosocial Recovery Level 1, 2 and 3 support to help you navigate the NDIS and stay on track. • Daily Life Skills & Capacity Building Life skills, routine planning, budgeting, carer support, and confidence-building. • Social & Community Participation One-on-one or group-based outings, connection, and peer mentoring. • Group Activities Friendly, small group programs to build confidence, connection, and routine. • Housing & Tenancy Support Help with tenancy goals, housing transitions and independent living skills.
