With several day programs avalible each week, a team of amazing Support Workers, and fabulous Support Coordinators on site we provide the support an individual needs to live their best, most actualised life. Everyone has the right to live with their loved ones, chase their dreams, and thrive with the supports we choose. That’s why our indoor community centre is built specifically with flexibility and adaptability in mind.
As our open-plan structure can adapt to any of your needs and treatments. This allows us to build your capacity, skills and independence while providing you with the utmost comfort and support with our workers and also the environment we are specially designing.
