Our Services: Behaviour Support Practitioner services available Australia-wide via telehealth and face-to-face in Perth. Support Coordination across Australia. Person-centred care tailored to each individual's unique needs and goals. Success Stories: Resilience and Growth: We supported a participant at risk of being relinquished to the Department. Through consistent 2:1 support, reduced to 1:1, she has now started TAFE and has significantly reduced restrictive practices.
Safe Homecoming: A participant, after a fallout with another provider, safely returned home with our consistent and skilled support staff, reducing the support ratio to 1:1. Complex Care: A participant, rejected by 20 providers due to complexity, found stability and safety with us. Our consistent support led to the removal of court cases against her and ensured community safety.
