4/7/2025 my son Caleb joined Netacare mid April 2023. He lives in SIL house. I also have 6 family members n 2-3 ppl come be clients of Netacare. Caleb is 28 male complex and cognitive age of 12-14 year old . I'm also his court appointed adult guardian. My son was in a toxic n scamming provider n dodge SC. And the team at Netacare had a messy chaotic mess to juggle n clean up. I myself was in a dark mental health space as I felt I was failing my son and didn't know where how wat to go to or do to fix it. Anyways the CEO n Big shot Support Coordinator took on my son n now his family too. From overwhelmed server anxiety and emotional stress it took about good 6-8 months of WHOLE TEAM CALEB supporting n patience n repeatedly repeating each thing n for myself to grasp basic omg it's safe now. My son has had many many challenging neurospicy adventure times with team Caleb and today this date 4/7/2025 my son has in my eyes the best power management team and I have 90% better myself n greatful for team Caleb ppl help n support n validation as his mum n learning more about this Sil world and from hard dark days to maybe few moments wen behaviour of son rattles us n 90% time behaviour support action plan in place n better outcomes. To-date new SDM LEVI n new Sil TL Josh OT physiologist physio behaviour personal care n self worth gym session and of course 1000% Super Hero Support Coordinator Mr Jamal Rane n I must say his dry sense of humour and quirky positive dysfunctional juggling multiple ppl n fun wit is a strong empowering honset direct firm calm layed back but unstoppable force wen he runs head on into the incomprehensible stupidity of NDIS NDIA n never gives false hope but delivery to all his clients nothing but the best funding plan services required A-Z everything to give his clients the best they deserve n validation n respect each client should get n honestly I must say Jamal n most of team Caleb has set bar high and priceless worth n Essential to Netacare. Mr BossMan Emeka thankyou for holding n accept nothing less from team Caleb n netacare management staff n values of family love respect n value staff give. If NDIS and NDIS came Netacare for just one week then over 70% providers wud shut down and all shud be held to their standards nothing less. I now know what my so. Is given deserves n entitled to receive. This is my short version best I can. For real person real disable family in really struggle society area n a true story of worset kind of provider n Coordinator 2022/23 of horror stories off news to the elite level of service provider care n support n validation n respect n value input of their clients family members and I telling you all this kid Caleb has pushed n extra way out here behaviours n complex physical n neurodiversity disabilities n out there actions n verbal omg times to making two life time breakthrough achievements that were 98% not be able to do #1 Caleb now rings team n TL n concerns n positive things of all house clients and also is #2 over 85% AM &PM taking his daily required medications without any spicy behaviours n on-top of all that he sat in stakeholders meeting June 2025 and NETACARE MANAGEMENT TEAM (MYSELF was impressed n humbled) ask Caleb input and what he wud like to achieve n support in doing it .. and not just verbally but also recorded in stakeholders meeting notes My name is Ms Lee Roser I'm neurodiversity brain lupus osteoarthritis mum of 5 grandma of 11 and have over 19 blended bonus family members my son Caleb is complex n naughtiest but inspirational new exciting adventures daily n fairy tale PETER PAN THE BOY WHO NEVA GREW UP. I waffle I ask questions I will push if I don't know or understand I am chaos n complexion n annoying n more but I am 100% honest bold unfiltered mouth n more but I am better person n society not so fearing cause my son Caleb n his provider n his team patiently n U judging included n validated n respected me n thru not normal ways but NETACARE way redirect my society not seen unless I ranted n waffled ECT n embrace myself chose my own words to use in place of famerral me n my son may not like rules ECT but he's good n we close bonded n netacare helps keep our bond strong n it's like not living apart but he's living his life to best safest protected n himself in adult living years but with little different things he's not disabled person in the normal world he's CALEB NORMAL in the real world same as all netacare clients are n embraced like most of the "NORMAL" PPL take for granted n rightly so n happy n Caleb like all clients there lives matter . From didn't unrealistic verbal conflict of negatives from me alone too I'm happy brave n self worth self important n not a liability I matter my son Caleb not ailment but super hero powers n not all super heros wear capes some are parents provider Netacare n or just like batman had his butler the grounding of one that's what team Caleb is...
