NDIBuild

This service was for me. They installed a timber ramp for me, as I needed one to wheel my walker outside my house for safety, and to allow me independence. The service was very well organised, they were very thorough and kept me abreast of what was going on at all times. They were continually checking in to make sure we were all happy, and I felt they were very caring. The job was on time and on budget. They were ticking all the boxes. I can't think of anything they could do to improve. I would totally recommend NDIBuild. I trusted them to follow through and do the best for me that they could.

I used this for one of my NDIS participants. The team did some extensive home maintenance work. They did everything quite well. I contacted NDIBUILD, who got back to me in a couple of hours. He organised a site visit and quote on a Saturday which was good, and emailed the quote promptly. He had someone out to do work within a few days. They're far above a lot of other providers out there doing the same thing. The customer was thrilled with the work that was done.

I used this this service for my Son. We had a bidet toilet seat installed by them. The initial quote period and enquiry was very well handled. He was knowledgeable and understood our requirement. The quote was provided in a timely manner. I was very happy with the installation and the service that followed up, which was very good of them.
