My Journey Coach is a trusted registed NDIS provider that delivers mental health services to individuals who are living with a psychosocial disability/mental ill health in Australia. The age group we currently serve is 18+ and with plan-managed or self-managed funding streams. Our team is made up of experienced, mental health professionals to help assist individuals living with a psychosocial disability meet and reach their goals. We can support participants with community participation access, capacity building support and Psychosocial Recovery Coach.
