As an NDIS registered provider MM Disability Care provides low, medium and high care support in a person’s home to assist them to remain independent. Services include but are not limited to: Daily Personal Activities- We can assist you attend to your daily personal care and hygiene needs and household tasks to maintain your independence and dignity. Skill Development (life Skills) - We can support you to learn a range of skills based on your needs to assist you at home and in the community, like: shopping, cooking, money skills, catching public transport, social skills Transport Support- We can assist you with transport to access services outside your home to achieve your NDIS goal if you are unable to access public transport.
Social and Community Participation- We can support you to be an active member of your community to stay engaged, meet people, develop interests or access the community. Group-Based Activities- A great way to meet people and make friends is through a group based activity.
