Sarah saved my life - she is the best at what she does. There are no words to describe how thankful and blessed to have her in my corner. I am living my best life because of her guidance and help over the last year and half. She is amazing!!!!!!!

I've seen a number of therapists over the years, and Sarah genuinely stands out. Her compassionate, professional, and personalised approach made me feel understood from the very beginning. One of the biggest differences has been her use of physical exercise as part of my therapy. After learning about her background as a martial artist, she introduced meditative breathing exercises to help me regulate and build a solid foundation before gradually incorporating more carefully planned physical exercises as I was ready. Unlike any other therapist I've worked with, she recognised that movement could be an important part of my mental health, and it's been a complete game changer. It's helped me manage stress, build confidence, and improve my overall wellbeing in ways that traditional talk therapy alone never did. She takes the time to listen, tailors her support to the individual, and creates a comfortable, non-judgmental environment. Her depth of experience and neuro-affirming approach are evident in everything she does. If you're looking for genuine, high-quality mental health support that focuses on meaningful, real-life outcomes, I can't recommend Mindful Mental Health highly enough.

Attentative therapist who always advocates for my mental, and physical, health. I always appreciate her kind words, and notes post session.

Sarah is the type of person you want in your corner when seeking professional mental health services. I have been seeing her for a few years now, and the support I have received has been amazing. With my experience from a neurodivergent perspective, she tailors each of our sessions in ways that I will understand through different delivery styles and approaches. I would recommend Sarah to anyone interested, as she provides individualised support and is someone who truly cares about helping her patients.
