Mindcare Mental Health Services psychologists provide services to NDIS participants and others with mental health conditions across the life span. We work collaboratively in a non-judgemental therapeutic environment, engaging respectfully with our client's stories and struggles. We provide individual psychology, Positive Behaviour Support Plans, Assessments and Referrals, Psychosocial Recovery, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), and Health and WorkCover Referrals.
NDIS Services - Mindcare is an NDIS accredited provider of therapy supports and Specialised Behaviour Support Plans. Assessments - Our team of psychologists offers a range of assessments to meet your needs. Psychology - Mindcare provides personalised psychology supports to suit your individual needs. Our locations offer private consulting rooms, telehealth services, or in-home therapy services. Stepped Care Referrals (at no cost to you) - Your GP can refer you to the Stepped Care program using a Mental Health Care Plan.
Alternatively, we will help you to complete a referral to Stepped Care program. You will need to get a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP. Specialised Behaviour Supports (NDIS) - Our psychologists develop Specialised Behaviour Support Plans and provide training for support workers, carers and family members. Psychosocial Recovery Coaching (NDIS) - Our team of psychosocial recovery coaches supports participants to live as independently as possible while building skills to support recovery and reach their goals.
