Formed in 2013, the organisation employs more than fifteen plan managers and support staff who manage claims, invoice payments, reimbursements and budget tracking for participants across Australia. Each participant works with an assigned plan manager, and relief plan managers cover absences. Clients use Self Manager, the organisation's own online platform, to follow payments and balances and to upload invoices; support-worker payroll administration is available through the same system.
