Love and Hope Support Services is a disability and community support provider based in Seaford Meadows, serving Adelaide and surrounding areas. Founded on compassion, dignity and respect, the team provides person-centred support that helps people build confidence, pursue meaningful goals and live with greater choice and independence. Each participant's culture, preferences and personal boundaries are respected, and support is delivered safely alongside individuals and their families.
Supports include assistance with daily life such as personal care, showering and dressing, meal preparation, cooking, cleaning, laundry, shopping and medication assistance where authorised. Supported Independent Living offers tailored help with daily living, household responsibilities, routines and community participation, and the team can guide eligible participants through Specialist Disability Accommodation pathways and supported housing options.
Social and community participation covers hobbies, outings, appointments, recreation, sport, cultural activities and community events, while daily living skills development builds confidence with cooking, budgeting, household management, communication, personal organisation, public transport and community navigation. Aged care and community support, including personal care, domestic assistance, social support, meals, shopping and companionship, may be available subject to relevant approvals, contracts and funding arrangements.
Support workers are required to hold an NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, National Police Check, the NDIS Worker Orientation Module, First Aid and CPR, and manual handling training. Services depend on individual needs, eligibility, funding arrangements, service availability and relevant approvals, and the business lists its hours as open 24 hours.
