LifeLink Group is a Melbourne NDIS provider offering support coordination and allied health supports across Victoria. Its coordinators cover support connection, coordination of supports and specialist support coordination, helping people understand their funding, find suitable providers and work through barriers. Therapy is arranged with registered allied health practitioners and spans psychology, positive behaviour support, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, exercise physiology, dietetics, speech pathology and allied health assistance.
Sessions happen at home, in a clinic or by telehealth, for children through to older adults. Staff include support coordinators, psychosocial recovery coaches and AHPRA-registered psychology and occupational therapy practitioners.
