Kestrel Support has been founded in 2023 by Brice Luchumanan, a 26 year old Support Worker who has previously been working with a NDIS registered organization for the past 3 years as a Support Worker, Practice Leader and more recently as an Intake Manager. Brice now wishes to put his skills and accumulated practical experience in working directly with clients by giving them tailored support to achieve their goals. Throughout his career, Brice has mostly supported adult clients by helping them live more independently (achieving daily tasks at home, looking for employment and courses, giving access to the community for shopping and appointments, assisting with health follow ups and paperwork when needed), also helping clients on their journey to a better health and fitness (meal prep, physical activities, weekly plannings), furthermore, Brice is also here to provide companionship and guidance to his clients as Kestrel Support acknowledges that life is made of ups and downs and we wish to assist people through tough situations.
At Kestrel Support, we are not limited as there is always new things to learn and relationships to develop so we are more than happy to work alongside families, support coordinators and occupational therapists by applying support plans for the benefit of clients.
