We offer a flexible and personalised service to our clients with responsive and approachable coordination, available 24 hours, 7 days, and pride ourselves on our person-centred approach.
There is no “one-size-fits-all” with us – every person has different needs and preferences that will be met by our team. We operate a dynamic and diverse nurse-led model of care with Registered Nurses on call 24 hours a day and all our staff training in clinical and high intensity support services by experienced ICU, Spinal and Disability Experienced Registered Nurses. Our workers are highly trained and skilled in high intensity supports. Additional to this, we are specialists in high physical support, younger onset dementia and similar conditions.
