About JINIAA

New South Wales

🌟 NDIS support with real capacity — new referrals welcome now across Queensland, NSW and Victoria. JINIAA Youth Services is a registered NDIS provider supporting children, young people and adults across Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria. We work with participants living with autism, intellectual disability, acquired brain injury, physical and sensory disability, spinal injury, and complex or high-intensity support needs. Our team delivers everything from everyday support work and community access through to Supported Independent Living, high-intensity personal care, specialist behaviour support and support coordination.

Because we hold genuine capacity in our workforce, we can respond to referrals fast and begin supports without the long waitlists many participants face. We take a person-first approach: matching participants with workers who fit their goals, communication style and interests, and building supports around the life the participant wants to live — as independently as possible, at home and in the community. Support Coordinators and families can contact us directly to check current vacancies or discuss a referral.

We respond to all enquiries quickly and can arrange an intake conversation within days. 🌟 Our services include: Supported Independent Living (SIL) — delivered in the participant's own home Daily personal activities and high-intensity personal care Assistance with daily tasks and shared living Community participation and social access Development of daily living and life skills Household tasks and in-home support Travel and transport assistance Specialist behaviour support Support coordination Exercise physiology and personal training Our workforce includes Registered Nurses, support workers and community services professionals.

All hold NDIS Worker Screening Clearances, and our staff bring qualifications ranging from Certificate III and IV in Individual Support through to Diplomas in Community Services, backed by ongoing training. Who we support Ages 7–16 and 17–65 Autism Intellectual disability Acquired brain injury Physical and sensory disability Spinal injury Ventilator-dependent and high-intensity support needs Areas we service We operate across Queensland and New South Wales — including Sydney, Newcastle and regional NSW (Dubbo, Tamworth and Orange) — and are expanding into Victoria.
