My name is Larry and I am the Director of ImpactCare. Bringing over 10 years’ experience to the company, in addition to my tertiary qualifications in disability, I have been in leadership roles, working as team leader for Wesley Mission as well as having worked extensively as a support worker both at home and in the community. Over our years in the sector, we have refined our skills and expertise working with a range of disabilities, most notably Autism, Downs Syndrome, ABI's, Ambulant and Non-ambulant disabilities as well as Mental Health and Psychosocial Disabilities.
At ImpactCare our ethos is to deliver services that promote dignity, integrity, and respect. Our objective enables people with disability to exercise autonomy and control in the pursuit of their goals and the planning and delivery of their support. We offer personal care supports that are designed to assist people who find it challenging to manage their own personal care. This includes showering, dressing, toileting, eating, mobility around the home, and community access.
We also offer Short Term Accommodation, Specialist Disability Accommodation, Transport and Support Coordination.
