Hurdle have helped me over the last 12 months and I have learnt a lot about the job I wanted to do. I have been with Hurdle for two and a half years, and have done training volunteer work and some courses to help improve my employment skills. In November 2020, I got a job as a Customer Service Assistant (supported employee). I help with paperwork, customer enquiries, marketing and advertising. Hurdle have helped me to improve my reading and writing, they respect my opinions and suggestions. I am more confident and happy to be working in a job I love.
