We are Upper Hunter regional specialists with a large office in the main street of Singleton. We have been operating as Hunter Valley Supports since 1st October 2021 but prior to this were operating as Mosaic Therapy and supports since May 2018 so we have lots of knowledge and experience. We have a large team of over 50 Support Workers actively working throughout their local areas from Scone, Denman, Broke, Cessnock and all areas in between. We are experienced in delivering complex supports and are Registered Implementing Providers of Restrictive Practice.
Janice is our Support Services Manager and is a Singleton Local previously working at Vinnies as an Ability Linker then as an Local Area Coordinator in Muswellbrook from 2017 until she established our Support Services Team in May 2020. Janice won the title of Employee of the Year at the Singleton Business Awards in 2022. Tracy is our Support Coordination Team Leader and also our Specialist COS and she leads up a team of three skilled and experienced Support Coordinators (two full-time and one part-time).
All Support Coordinators can attend face-to-face appointments throughout the Region and have experience working with multi-disciplinary Stakeholders. We currently have two SIL houses and are in the process of establishing a third on a working farm just outside of Singleton. We regularly provide Respite locally, statewide and recently in Queensland. We are happy to negotiate STA rates dependent on Client needs. We have a very successful SLES program that runs groups 3 days per week and has intake each term.
We run a weekly Friday social outing group and also a monthly Social Outing Group and a looking at delivering more group supports in 2023. School Holiday Activities for our Kids under 18s and our Youth Group (18-25) will run 3 days per through January and each school holiday period.
