Hunter Supports is a family run provider located in the heart of Maitland. We provide primarily mental health, psychosocial and intellectual disability support services to the communities of Maitland, Newcastle, and the Hunter Valley. We have a great team of dedicated, caring support workers who are passionate about helping the people they support achieve their goals. They have demonstrated their abilities to advocate for their participants, and work hard at being the best supports they can be.
They are not only a support worker, but a friend, mentor, companion and advocate to their participants. With extensive experience in mental health and disability support, our skilled team is equipped to handle a wide range of needs and challenges. We offer domestic assistance with our amazing cleaner, community access and self care activity support, employment skills, group program (Sunflower Creations) and twice yearly respite trips. We are a provider that genuinely cares for everyone we work with.
