We are a local provider established since 2021 in the Hunter Region. We are a diverse team offering allied health services. We have a warm and welcoming gym space and hub for participants to attend therapy. Did we also mention we have a coffee cart out the front? ☕️ Our space is all about being as 'non clinical' as possible. We can also come to you or meet in the community at schools, parks and natural areas. We run some amazing capacity building groups including the nationally recognised Sense Rugby.
🏉 We pride ourselves on being different to a stereotypical 'clinical' setting. We want to normalise therapy the same way people normalise going to the gym or the library. We are a motivated team working towards a community understanding of diversity and disability by using peoples strengths. 💪🏽 A social model of disability is engrained in our values. We also invest into the latest offerings of clinical groups and courses to ensure we are not your traditional therapy model.
If your interested in using our service we will complete a few small questions to make sure we will be a right fit. We value being able to point people in the right direction of where they will ultimately flourish and sometimes this may mean we recommend other providers. We do this as we have a vision of supporting a disability community of providers who should align together with our strengths and to make sure that we set people up for success. We don't believe any one provider can have the necessary skills, experience and resource to be a 'one size fits all' type service.
Often our fit is working with neurodiverse in an affirming and socio-positive way.
