Get to know our Founder & Principal Exercise Physiologist: Alex Herrero Alex Herrero is a highly demanded Exercise Physiologist with over 4 years career experience specialising exclusively with the NDIS.
He is young, charismatic and puts a lot of pride into ensuring the service he provides is able to motivate and improve the lives of his clientele, both physically and mentally. Alex's aim is for the participant to develop an enjoyment for physical activity, explore new hobbies and to discover a newfound confidence in themselves. Alex completed his Masters degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology at the University of Wollongong in 2018.
