Five out of five all the time !!! We are a small support coordinator business, and will always choose to work with Health Assure before any others. I sing their praises to everyone and will actively recommend Health Assure in all situations where participants should have the best!!! Health Assure are so easy to work with, communication is fantastic and their response is second to none. The best in the business, hands down :)

As an NDIS participant, it is wonderful to have such an amazing and efficient team as Health Assure on my side. I've had a fantastic experience with Health Assure Plan Management and can't recommend them highly enough. From day one, there's always been a real person available to speak to straight away, no frustrating hold times or being passed around. Their team is genuinely helpful and friendly over the phone, and they go out of their way to work alongside clients to help them understand and manage their NDIS plan. Invoices are paid quickly and efficiently, and their online portal is simple to use, even for people who aren’t super tech-savvy. Health Assure are hands down the best plan managers i work with. I deal wirh a lot of plan managers in my role as a support coordinator, and Health Assure stand out by mile's. No sitting on hold for ages, no waiting days for a response, emails are answered within the hour, and every requests I send through are sorted the same day. They're reliable, responsive, and genuinely kind.
