Greenleaf Disability Service is an Australian National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) registered provider who has been proudly supporting people with a disability since 2016. Greenleaf’s mission is to provide high quality service to all of our customers. Our vision is to become one of the best community service organisation in the region, while always existing as a value-based organisation.
At our core, Greenleaf Disability Service is dedicated to providing full-time Supported Independent Living solutions, short and medium term accommodation, and NDIS support. Engaging with corporate social responsibility programs is the uncompromised standard for our organisation – we believe our responsibilities extend beyond the day-to-day activities in the home. Greenleaf Disability Service’s staff are passionate, innovative, and dedicated to supporting people with a disability so that they can lead an independent life.
Our NDIS Services Greenleaf can support you through your entire NDIS journey. We have a number of different programs to fulfil the needs of the people with disabilities. SUPPORTED INDEPENDENT LIVING (SIL) Supported Independent Living through Greenleaf Accommodation services is one of the core services that Greenleaf Disability Service provides. Since its establishment in 2016, Greenleaf Disability Service has had the opportunity to support a great number of NDIS participants through its accommodation services.
Greenleaf currently has number of houses around Canberra, as well as in Goulburn (NSW) and the Gold Coast (QLD), and works with range of participants, including psychosocial disabilities, intellectual disabilities and comorbid conditions.
