We maintain thorough documentation, transparent service agreements, and consistent coordination with Support Coordinators, Plan Managers, families, and nominees (where relevant and consented). We aim to make services easy to understand and easy to manage—so participants feel informed, respected, and supported at every step. Quality and safeguarding are central to our work. GM Care follows structured processes for risk management, incident reporting and follow-up, privacy and confidentiality, and staff screening and training.
We take participant feedback seriously and use it to continuously improve service delivery. Where issues arise, we respond promptly and professionally with a focus on safety, resolution, and continuity of support. We also offer culturally responsive services and can provide Arabic-speaking support to assist participants and families who prefer communication in Arabic.
