Reliable Support Workers. Respectful, good listeners, flexible when plans change. Appropriate emotional boundaries with NDIS Participant. Appropriate safe driving skills when taking NDIS Participant to appointments and driving on longer trips to the Beach etc on Main Freeways. The Facilators of Get Readii Group are professional and there Communication style is one of Mutual Respect with NDIS Participant.

I’m writing on behalf of my husband who has dementia. We feel so blessed to have Kerrie as a very important part of hubby’s support team. Her experience in dementia has been invaluable and she has been amazing with her brain training sessions. I couldn’t imagine going through this sad journey without her support. Hubby loves his Kerrie days so much. He knows how much she is helping him. The company has been an absolute pleasure to deal with from day 1.
