Get Picked Up (GPU) was founded over 10 years ago by a team of logistics experts and is entirely Australian owned and operated. We have a unique driver training and booking system, which means only drivers that are NDIS trained can accept bookings, guaranteeing that any driver attending a booking for you will be fully and appropriately trained for that journey. We have an industry leading booking process which is quick and easy to use, backed up by a 24/7 Australian customer care team for when you need to speak to a person.

We pride ourselves on our level of service, all our drivers are incentivised to provide good customer care, and will assist you from your home to the car if you need it. And if you like your driver we can ensure that they will be there for your future bookings time and time again, giving you peace of mind that you can rely on us.

Get Picked Up are a great option for transport. They are really helpful and I have used them several times for my appointments and also to get to my mum's house. The car's are clean and comfortable and Nikki in customer care is always able to help me when I need to change my booking.

I love Get Picked Up. We had always had trouble getting a reliable transport provider who would understand that my husband needs help to get in the car. The team at Get Picked Up are always so responsive, and I can book myself on the portal now. The drivers are always so helpful and I often phone them to make sure they know where to pick him up from or if he's going to be late and they are always so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Every car has been clean and professional. Highly recommended for anyone that needs a little extra help getting around.

The customer care team at GPU are amazing. They are always happy to help me book my journeys for my daughter and make sure all of our requirements are met. My daughter can get anxious in new situations and knowing that we could set our preferred driver was a great peace of mind. Craig is so helpful and will come into reception to pick up my daughter and always waits until she is inside the house safely. I highly recommend GPU and we will always use them for our NDIS travel.
