I am Casey Conroy, an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD), Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician, Naturopath and Yoga Teacher based on the Sunshine Coast.
I have extensive experience supporting people with complex health presentations, neurodivergence, disordered eating patterns and long-term medical concerns. My approach is neuroaffirming, trauma-informed and weight-neutral. I focus on building practical skills, safety around food, and long-term independence rather than restrictive diets or short-term plans.
