Excel Independent Living provides NDIS housing and daily living support to participants across Adelaide, South Australia. Its services include Supported Independent Living (SIL), Short-Term Accommodation (STA) and Medium-Term Accommodation (MTA) for people moving into independent living or waiting for permanent housing arrangements, along with respite care that gives family carers a break. The team assists with personal care and daily routines, in-home support such as meal preparation, domestic tasks and mobility assistance, travel and transport to appointments, work, study and social activities, community participation, and support with daily tasks in shared living settings.
Support is built around each participant's routines, goals and cultural preferences, with participants, families and support coordinators involved in arranging care. Based in Oaklands Park, the team works across Adelaide's southern, western, central and outer metropolitan areas.
