Euphoria Pathways

Euphoria Pathways is a Queensland NDIS provider delivering supported independent living, in-home support, community access, support coordination and psychosocial recovery coaching. The organisation works with participants whose needs range from everyday daily living assistance to complex behavioural, forensic and post-release support. Supports are delivered by trained staff who work under supervision and reflective practice, with routines kept consistent from shift to shift. Service areas cover Brisbane and surrounds, the Gold Coast, Rockhampton and Toowoomba, with referrals taken through an online form followed by a follow-up call, an intake meeting and the start of supports.
