Our houses are tailored to the needs of the participants, and we ensure that the co tenants are matched to each of their preferences. Suitability of the participants residing in the property is a priority for us! Our Support Workers have a 15-minute handover meeting at every shift changeover and have regular team meetings. We record shift case notes on events for the day, achievements and concerns including incident reporting daily, which can be provided on request.
Community Participation Getting out and about is a big part of life, and our team can support you in being part of the activities and events that matter to you. We offer a range of services, from companionship to transport, to help you attend work, volunteer commitments, social outings, family gatherings, recreational activities, community events and more. We can provide support for just a few hours, or on a regular basis. It’s up to you. In Home Care Our in home assistance is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
