About Encompass House

Reservoir, Victoria

Encompass House works in partnership with people with a disability, their families and other service providers to co-ordinate a holistic person centred journey. Case managers at Encompass House support clients to reach their goals, self advocate and to be an active member in their own community. Face to face contact is an important component of delivering client directed and client focused support. We have an open house policy whereby clients and families are encouraged to drop in for a coffee and a chat. Our multi disciplinary case management team have vast experience and knowledge in the disability sector and have established positive and influential networks.

I like the company my support workers provide. I like how I can go shopping each week with my worker. I like how they always answer my phone calls at the office. I dont like it when I want to buy things and I'm told I dont have the money

I have been with Encompass House for approximately 2 years and my experience has been nothing but great. Their case manager and support workers have been very helpful and reliable and always look out for my best interest. I would really recommend their services. They are easily reachable and have improved my quality of life by far.
