Support Nation - Empowering NDIS Participants to Live Life on Their Terms Support Nation is a newly established NDIS provider founded in 2026 by a team bringing 6 years of experience across disability and community services. While our business is new, our people are not - we've built Support Nation to do things differently: to treat every participant as an individual with their own goals, story, and potential, never as just another case number.
What sets us apart is simple: consistency, respect, and genuine relationships. We match participants with support workers who suit their needs and preferences, keep our worker-to-participant ratios low, and stay responsive to families every step of the way. Every support plan is co-designed with the participant and reviewed regularly, so services always reflect where they are and where they want to go. Our team holds credentials including Cert III/IV Individual Support, Diploma of Community Services, relevant allied health qualifications, First Aid, NDIS Worker Screening, and Working with Children Checks, and shares a common commitment to helping participants build independence, connect with their community, and pursue opportunities in daily life and social participation.
