Empathy Care & Support Pty Ltd was created from a genuine desire to care for people the way we would care for our own family. As a family-oriented provider, we understand how important it is to feel safe, respected and truly supported. We know that trust isn’t given lightly — it’s earned through consistency, kindness and simply showing up when it matters. We provide disability and aged care support across Melbourne’s South-East, with a focus on building confidence, independence and meaningful connection within the community.
Whether it’s getting out of the house, developing everyday life skills, or having someone reliable by your side, our approach is always gentle, patient and person-centred. We currently offer weekday evening and weekend support, helping participants and families access support during the times it’s often needed most. At Empathy Care & Support, we believe in care that comes from the heart — because to us, this isn’t just a service, it’s a commitment.
