Our experienced national plan management team, began operating in Adelaide and is backed by a chartered accounting firm with over 30 years in the industry. With such a strong finance background, our team understand the complexities of provider payments and can liaise with providers on your behalf.

Once you sign up with Elevate, you will immediately be allocated your own Plan Management Case Manager. What this means for you is that you have one point of contact at Elevate. You will have direct contact details for your Plan Management Case Manager and can contact them with queries when needed. This alleviates the need to repeat your history multiple times to many different people, as your case manager processes your invoices from start to finish and understands the complexities of your supports.
This streamlined process helps get queries answered quickly and lets you get on with your day! We are currently offering (for those who do not have support coordination included in their plan), a free consult with one of our experienced support coordinators. Our coordinator will go through your plan with you and help ensure you are maximising your funding, meeting your goals, and getting your questions answered. Our coordinators can even help with suggestions and referrals if you are having a tough time connecting with providers.

At Elevate, all of our current support coordinators and allied health practitioners have degree level qualifications in their fields along with significant experience in collaborating with multiple stakeholders to support those living with trauma and reducing complex barriers.
What does this mean for you? It means that a skilled professional with experience will be matched with you to help you reach your goals. How do we do this? Well, we have a good chat with new participants at the beginning of their journey with us. This includes getting to know you better and getting to know your life situation and goals. Once we know you a bit better, we are then able to match you with a coordinator who specialises in the supports you are looking for.
Because our coordinators are so knowledgeable, they have built up professional networks over the years. These networks are fantastic in assisting our participants to find the supports they require and utilising their NDIS funding as they need.
