Anyu, our Director, brings over 4 years of invaluable experience to the Aged-Care and Disability Industry, having held a management role in an SRS Facility. During this time, he had the privilege of overseeing the support and care of 20 residents concurrently, 15 of whom were NDIS Participants. Having successfully navigated the challenges and responsibilities inherent in supporting multiple NDIS Participants, Anyu possesses a deep understanding of the intricacies of the Support Worker role.
He recognizes the critical importance of every moment in an NDIS Participant's day, ensuring a personalised and seamless care experience. With hands-on experience within the industry, Anyu is well-equipped with the knowledge and capabilities necessary to make meaningful contributions to the success of NDIS Participants. His commitment extends beyond individuals to encompass the peace of mind of families and loved ones, assuring them of person-centred, tailored and reliable care.
